You may cancel your order any time before we ship it. Give us a call at (205) 994-2304 or send an e-mail to mcopper@straitcity.com. Be sure to include your order number.

You may return any item we sell you within 14 days of delivery for a refund. We will refund the price of the merchandise if the merchandise is still in new condition. We will even refund the shipping cost in case of our error or defective merchandise. In any case, you are responsible for return shipping charges. Pack the item(s) and the packing slip in a box and send it to
