Sizing: (hook style buckles) Size S recommended for waists 27" and up, L for waists 29" and up 6 to 10 inches, depending on comfort level.

(prong style buckles) S/M waists 25" and up, M/L fists waists 27" and up, depending on acceptable tightness. Actual relaxed length from strap base to middle belt hole is 26" for the S/M and 28" for the M/L sizes. The middle belt hole is about 6" from the tip of the tabbing.
